Do you use this add-on with [cXF] Install App Notice?
If you enable hiding a notification with permission in the [cXF] Install App Notice add-on, set the permission in this add-on to show the user's options in the account settings. Otherwise, these two add-ons may not work well together.
- in admin control panel go to Appearance > Styles > UI.X > Style properties > Messages and disable Collapsible extra info
