i hope next version of sticky navigation add-on, you add Help tab with dropdown menu like this one :

especially on extra navTabs section.

Sorry about that, forgot to change permissions when I was rearranging things. I've moved this post to right sub-forum.

Actually you can easily do that with other add-on like Nodes as Tabs. I'm using it and highly recommend it.
