I have 2 question about style customizetion? Can yoy please help me?

1. How can I make a space like below photo?

2. How can I make a border around forums?

Use this in extra.less template:

.block--category .block-container {
    border: 3px solid #000000;
}

For different categories add .block--categoryX .block-container where X is your category ID.

Actually for space between nodes do it like this in extra.less:

.block-body .node-body {
    margin-top: 5px;
}
