Problem with Advanced navigation

I'm using this addon with my custom style and everything works for admins but for normal users moderator bar is not displayed...how to fix this?

Ok, screens or admin access would be great, otherwise it's hard to tell if you use custom style.

Your PAGE_CONTAINER template for was edited, just needed to realign two lines of code.
