Is there a way to change the animation speed?
Add this to extra.less and change the time:

CSS:
.p-navSticky .cxfLinSticky {
    transition: all 2.5s ease !important;
}
.p-navSticky.is-sticky .cxfLinSticky {
    transition: width 2.5s ease !important;
}
.p-navSticky .cxfLinSmallLogo img {
    transition: all 2.5s ease !important;
}
.p-navSticky.is-sticky .cxfLinSmallLogo img {
    transition: all 2.5s ease !important;
}

Is there a way to stop the navigation from getting snapped to the right if there isn't enough room for the image to appear?

How can I change the size of the logo that displays in the Navigation bar? Right now it's really small.

I don't recommend you do that. The logo is scaled down to fit the navigation bar. It depends on what your primary logo is. If it's big with many details, then, of course, it will not look so big in the navigation bar.

In that case better use another image for the logo that will suit your navigation bar, as we have it here.

My logo is small with very few details. Once in the navigation bar it is TINY. There is a ton of unused space above and below the logo. It's completely unusable as is.
