[cXF] What's New Tabs on Forum List 1.2.2

• bugfix: updated the event listener to fix an issue on the "Advertising" and "Notices" page in XenForo

• changed the PHP file with different approach for tabbed options
• option tabs are all phrased now

*the MacroRender.php file can be deleted from server

• added option to point What's new icon on mobile to New posts page

• compatibility fix for XF 2.2.5

• now it shows the What's new tabs on forum list also if you have What's new page set to show in the side navigation:
